At Sleek n Sheek, we're committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with the level of care your confidence deserves. We've recently updated our shipping rates and delivery windows to get your order to you faster and more affordably.

FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $69 — via our trusted logistics partners DHL and FedEx, with full tracking included.

Shipping Destinations

Sleek n Sheek currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue for quality inspection and packing.

- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

We take our time here because every Sleek n Sheek piece goes through a Grade A Quality Check before leaving the warehouse.

Shipping Times

After processing, your package is handed to our trusted logistics partners DHL or FedEx. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once shipped.

- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier volume, or unforeseen delays
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch

Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx) — Orders $69 and above — FREE — 5–8 business days
Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx) — Orders $0–$68.99 — $14.99 — 3–5 business days
Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx) — Orders $69 and above — $12.99 — 3–5 business days

All shipments include tracking. No hidden fees or duties will be added at delivery.

Shipping Delays

While our logistics partners work hard to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Carrier backlogs
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Supply chain or transit disruptions

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist with tracking updates and clarity.

Order Changes & Cancellations 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@sleeknsheek.com within 60 minutes of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in processing and adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Sleek n Sheek is not responsible for:

- Delivery failures
- Lost packages
- Additional reshipping fees

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it once the correct address and any applicable fees are confirmed.

Marked As Delivered But Not Received

If your order shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it:

1. Check with household members or neighbours
2. Look in common delivery drop-off areas (porch, mailbox, building office)
3. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark early
4. Contact us at support@sleeknsheek.com with your tracking number

We'll help you open a carrier investigation and work toward the best solution.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses a parcel at delivery, any return shipping fees, handling costs, and additional carrier charges incurred will be the customer's responsibility. If the order is to be reshipped, these fees must be paid in full before reshipment is processed.

Damaged Or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and product
- A description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly under our Quality Guarantee.

Pre Ordered Items

If a product is marked as Pre-Order, the estimated shipping window will be noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately at our discretion.

Tracking Your Order 

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your package ships. You can also track your order anytime via the Track My Order link on our website.
